POSITION: Office Administrative Assistant.
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual for the above role
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and Organizing Office Daily early enough
- Being sent to collect and deliver items as required by the company.
- Making daily sales
- Regular Stock taking and keeping track of the same
- Custodian of office petty cash
- Keeping the Office Clean and Organized all through the day
- Receiving Calls and handling queries
- Handling walk-in customers and closing walk in sales.
- Handling all incoming mail (Physical mail and email)
- Maintaining supplier and customer database in soft copy and hard copy as may be required.
- Monthly submission of Statutory Returns (NHIF, NSSF, PAYE)
- Payroll Processing (preparation of pay slips for employees)
- Processing all supplier payments.
- Preparing and processing all customer invoices and payments.
- Following up on payments from customers.
- Daily Sales reconciliation (office sales and field activities). Preparation of daily sales report for the company
- Coordinating collections and deliveries of company deliverables.
- Performing any other duties that may be assigned by the company.
Job Requirements…
- Required education: Diploma or relevant training in Administration with IT.
Experience: Any relevant experience in ICT environment will be an added advantage.
Required skills:- Database administration;
- Answering telephones and call management;
- Office administration proficiency, management skills
- Required languages: English and Swahili (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
- Computer Skills:
- Excellent Packages knowledge… Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher.
- Typing Speed and Good ergonomics
- Internet experience
- Email and to do list management system
Personal Attributes…
- Organized and efficient time manager
- God fearing, High Integrity, professional and respectful person
- Self Manager, works with very little or NO supervision
- Aggressive and hard worker
- Impressive personal values and PR
- Time conscious person. Early riser and can extend as job may dictate beyond expectation.
- Very flexible, can travel without prior notice and can accept to travel anywhere in the country as required by the company.
